知识共享的绩效考核取向对团队学习绩效影响研究

摘要(Abstract):
企业绩效考核方式于员工信息互动具有重要影响,持有不同绩效考核取向的个体会因此形成不同水平的知识共享意愿,进而影响团队学习绩效的实现。本文拟基于个体知识共享意愿水平,研究员工绩效考核取向对团队学习绩效的影响。结果显示:绩效考核评估对比取向与员工发展取向,对知识共享意愿及团队学习绩效均呈显著正相关,知识共享意愿在评估对比取向与团队学习绩效之间起到部分中介效应;而知识共享意愿在员工发展取向与团队学习绩效之间起到完全中介效应。据此,对企业改善团队效率、优化绩效管理和促进知识管理等提出了相关政策建议。
