卢梭公意研究的五个类型

摘要(Abstract)：
本论文从"公意"(the general will)中"意志"(will)和"共同"(general)的内在关联视角,把政治哲学史上卢梭的公意研究分为5种类型:狄德罗-卡西尔类型,公意是理性的普遍意志;公意的法律式解释;公意是每个人对公共利益的自私追求;公意就是公共利益;公意与政治实践的关系。
