区域产业转移对环境质量影响的机理分析An Analysis of Mechanism for Influence of Regional Industrial Transfer on Environmental Quality

摘要(Abstract)：
通过借鉴Copeland & Taylor(2004)的理论分析框架,运用一般均衡模型对区域产业转移影响环境质量的机理进行分析可知,区域产业转移的规模效应加剧了污染排放,技术效应抑制了污染排放,而结构效应的作用效果因承接地资源禀赋差别而不同。为确保区域产业转移不破坏环境质量,必须通过政策引导、培育优势、技术创新等举措,使技术效应和结构效应的正向作用大于规模效应和结构效应的反向作用,从而发挥产业转移对承接地环境质量的提升作用。
